Very friendly customer service, they work for the customer which is not seen as often anymore. It was zero stress and when you call you speak to someone instantly. I was very impressed.

WOW, the hat arrived yesterday! It is just tooooo cute and as you said it's very comfortable to wear....I wore it around the house after it arrived!
