After trying garments from other manufacturers, I feel that Marena makes the best and the agents are very pleasant on the phone. However, the shipping and receiving department and returns for exchanges is deplorable. Twice I returned garments and twice the process of a credit and shipping out another garment in its place was delayed about 3 weeks on one. On the other return, if I had not called after the 4th day, it may have never been processed. I was without my garment for about a week the second time and the first time I had to drive to their plant to pick it up. Even putting the package to the attention of the sales representative did not help. In both cases I was needing the garment for my postop recovery. Beware when returning.
