So in a nutshell, DowntownHost is a truly excellent hosting company. I've been hosted by them for over 2 years and their support staff is extremely friendly and reliable. Their servers often have 100% uptime for the month, and their one of the few businesses that I get warm-fuzzies talking about! Why? Because you can tell that they put the needs of their customers first. One example being that when my site was on one of their older servers, they were able to move the site over to a newer server, with little hassle. Their support staff has also helped me navigate some odd file permissions problems, and they did a great job. A truly service-to-others company, DTH is definitely worth checking out. I enjoy Downtownhost´s service for almost 3 years now and never had any problems, in the times I was a bloody noob I even invented "problems" as I knew that DTH´s great support would cheer me up in the way the answer every question, fast, friendly, professional and always in good mood ;-) I never had any downtime (unless I screwed up my index page^^) and experiencing heavy traffic for my domain autoaccountcreator.com, a fairly new domain boosted by bought traffic without any response delay or waiting time.
