I was trying to password protect a directory. A little problem in getting the .htaccess to find the password in the .htpasswd. The path I was using didnot work and I didn't know were to go so I put in a tech ticket. Shortly dot an auto response to indicate the ticket had gone thru. Within the time state for a response, I received an email stating the path required; that the .htaccess file had be revised; and all I need to do was regen the username/password for a new .htpasswd file and upload it.
