Cutting to the chase--my wife and I bought a 5 foot sack in Apple/Pebble for our daughter for Christmas. Our thought-process was to put it in her bedroom as a "reading books station" and basic chill out nest. From a child's eyes, comfy and soft and funky-texture (and big) is about as fun as it gets...so just the form factor alone will light up a child's eyes. That said, our daughter loved it from the get-go, but what really struck us was the complete process of online/selection-through-samples-through-order/placement-through-delivery-through-assembly-and-application...it is seamless! I ordered a few color swatches, and we picked a color and texture. We placed the order and it came in a surprisingly well-conceived packaging style, and ahead of schedule by several days. The assembly is a no-brainer. The quality of the fabric, and look/feel, are top notch. And it does precisely as you advertise. In other words, your company sold us a product that not just met, but exceeded expectations in every single respect. It arrived sooner, was packaged better, had finer quality, assembled easier, and works better than I would have expected. How often does this happen? Not so often...this year, of all my purchases only my iPhone, SimplicitySnowblower, and this Comfy Sack would rank as World Class Products. Some might say, "yeah but those other items are high-mix, tech-type-products and that other thing is just a huge pillow." My sense is that with something like the Comfy Sack is simple and simple is harder to do well--it is large and mistakes pop out as obvious, and thus the entire product and process have to be dead-on accurate. Kudos and Thanks, you people get it done! (and yes, companies and products are really about people doing things, and hopefully doing them well) There is no question that I will buy more Comfy Sacks, and probably in the very near future (why should my kid have the sweetest chill-spot in the house?!).  Less
