RatePoint Appoints Richard Turcott as Chief Marketing Officer

Former Constant Contact CMO Brings Expansive Small to Mid-size Business Marketing Experience

Needham, Mass. - August 26, 2008 - RatePoint, a leading provider of customer feedback and online reputation management services, today announced that it has appointed Richard Turcott as chief marketing officer.  Turcott has more than 19 years experience in leadership marketing roles focused in the small to mid-size business (SMB) and enterprise marketplace.  He is responsible for RatePoint's entire marketing organization, including product marketing, corporate and channel marketing and market development groups. Additionally, Turcott will drive RatePoint's strategic market planning, help manage key partner and customer relationships, supervise sales support efforts and implement field marketing programs around the world.

Turcott joins RatePoint from RedRoller, Inc. (OTCBB: RROL), which provides Web-based shipping selection services for small business and home office communities.  During his tenure as chief marketing officer, Turcott helped the company build and launch their new subscription service and assembled their support, product management and marketing teams.

Prior to RedRoller, Turcott was chief marketing officer at Constant Contact(R), Inc. (NasdaqGM: CTCT), a leading email marketing service for small and medium-sized organizations, where he was responsible for all direct and online marketing, including branding, communications, partner programs and product management. During his tenure, he helped grow the company's customer base by 65,000 and increased the company's monthly new acquisition rate by 250 percent. Turcott also played a pivotal role in Constant Contact's efforts to enhance corporate and brand visibility and to aggressively expand their network of partners.

Previously, Turcott held marketing leadership roles at M|C Communications, Genesys Conferencing, Lycos and Dow Jones.

Turcott earned a bachelor of arts from Assumption College in Worcester, Mass., and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston.
